Hey guys, hope you all are doing just great! 🙂

Well, I hope that at least a few of you all may have tried out my recipe from the last post : Swarupa’s Spicy White Chicken Enchiladas 

For those of you who are averse to cooking, here’s one recipe which doesn’t require any cooking effort… only a bit of chopping, squeezing and mixing 😉

So here it is… my recipe of the popular Mexican avocado dip, Guacamole, which is perfect as a salad or an appetizer with nachos or tortillas.



2 large ripe avocados

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped

1 green chilli, seeded and finely chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped

Salt to taste


Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and peel them. Chop and then mash them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with nachos.

Very quick and easy, isn’t it? Now go ahead and make your loved ones happy with this simple recipe. By the way, your feedback and comments, as always, will be greatly appreciated 😉
