1 cup dark chocolate, melted

1 medium avocado, mashed

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt



Combine melted chocolate with mashed avocado, vanilla and salt. Mix well until smooth and free of lumps. Place in the refrigerator to firm up. When it has stiffened after about 30 minutes or so, scoop up a spoonful and roll into a round ball.  Enjoy!

Place the leftover balls in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
